- Prices: prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping. Please pay through PayPal.
- Shipping and Handling : shipping within Canada only. Shipping rates are based on the greater volumetric or actual weight and the destination. Your shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
- Products: natural products may smell slightly different from batch to batch. This is due to natural environmental factors. Their variations do not affect the value of efficiency of the products.
- Returns and Refunds:
- Please check all orders carefully when you receive them.
- Please contact Kitty Coleman Natural Bliss with any problems within 24 hours of receipt of shipment. Returns are not accepted without being In contact via email at kcnaturalbliss@gmail.com first.
- Returns will not be authorized for any products after 30 days from the date of receipt.
- Accepted returns are on an individual bases.
- Green Valley Essential Oils cannot be returned once seal is broken and they are opened.
- Products will not be returned from you accidentally ordering the wrong product.
- If products are broken or damaged from shipping please take a picture and email it to kcnaturalbliss@gmail.com and return damaged products after prior authorization from Kitty Coleman Natural Bliss.
