This is an absolutely delicious and quick way to cook salmon. We try to eat fish twice a week to benefit from all the omega 3 oils! We love to go out fishing as a family during the spring and summer months. We live on Vancouver Island so we are surrounded by ocean which makes for many beautiful fishing spots. We see so much wildlife including orca whales, porpoises, seals, seal lions, ducks and other water birds. My goal this year is to see the dolphins which now live in the area. Dolphins are my daughter Lily’s and my favorite animal so it would be very magical to see them in real life!

- Wild Pacific Salmon
- Organic Olive Oil
- Organic Maple Syrup
- Fresh squeeze of Lemon
- Fresh Basil
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until salmon flakes apart.
